We meet and assess every child before we present them to a school, and we only introduce students we believe will thrive there. That saves admissions teams time on applications that were never going to be the right fit.
WBS Student Profiles
Each profile brings together school reports, a personal statement, interests and a personal video, so you can see the whole child before an interview. As King’s Ely’s Head of Global Development told us: “We would not have invited this student for an interview had we only seen her school reports and not her very impressive WBS Student Profile.”
Families who are ready
Through our placement and tutoring services, families arrive with realistic expectations. Pupils have prepared for UKiset, the ISEB Common Pre-Test or your own assessments and for interview, and they have been given an introduction to boarding life.

Guardianship for your international pupils
WBS Guardians is AEGIS accredited. We keep in regular contact with houseparents and pastoral teams, attend school events on parents’ behalf, and act as your first point of contact. A Designated Safeguarding Lead is available at all times. Guardianship · Policies and safeguarding
