Ich kaufe die Eier wenn möglich direkt beim Bauern und da sind in der Eierschachtel halt unterschiedlich große Eier.Die Kleinen fallen fast durch und die größeren liegen nur auf dem oberen Rand des Eierhalters auf, so dass sie beim eintauchen in das Wasser leicht vom Halter schwimmen.Für Eier wie wir sie kennen ist der Kocher doch etwas unpraktisch.Angenehm ist das der Kocher an den Seitenwänden kaum erhitzt.Ich habe den Kocher jetzt verstaut und wenn ich mal Lust auf die Onsen Eier habe wird er ausgepackt, sonst bleibt er im Schrank.Fazit: für Onsen Eier ein günstiges Gerät da die Sous Vide Geräte doch in einer höheren Preisklasse liege Dieses Gerät hat ein Fassungsvermögen von 8 Litern.
