VG Simone Hallo Heike, ich mache meinen Kartoffelsalat fast gleich wie du, allerdings nehme ich nur wenig Öl, ich erhitze das Öl mit Zucker bis der Zucker bernsteinfarben karamellisiert, gebe dann die gewürfelten Zwiebeln dazu, wenn die Flüssigkeit verdampft ist gebe ich ein ordentliches stück Butter dazu, wenn die Zwiebeln dann leicht anhängen gebe ich die Brühe mit Salz, Pfeffer und Essig dazu und lasse alles einmal aufkochen
